If working out in a group seems a little scary right now or you have a tough schedule and you just cant make the group classes don’t worry. We can offer 1 to 1 CrossFit Basics where you will learn all the fundamentals of CrossFit, gain confidence with the movements and methodology and be fully prepared for the General Work outs of the day.
CrossFit 1-2-1
If you wish to enjoy the sport of CrossFit under the watchful eye of your own coach then this is for you. We can arrange for private 1-2-1 sessions where you will have the full attention of your own coach who will facilitate your specific needs.
Oryx Strength Coach
If you are interesting in specifically gaining Strength or want to gain size and volume then we can provide a Coach and program that will maximise you gains. Our Coaches will introduce you to specific strength movements and follow a progressive program ensuring that you reach your full potential.
Oryx Personal Training
CrossFit isn’t the only thing we do here, Some of our coaches are expert Personal Trainers too. With a variety of skills and experience our Personal Trainers can create programs and offer nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals. Some people walk in the door with weight loss as their goal, others to tone up, get stronger or even learn how to Box.
